- What is the difference between C10/11 and C10/26?
- C10/11 is Synergrid's technical prescription for decentralised generating units connected to the distribution grid. C10/26 is the list of devices homologated under Annex D of that prescription.
- Why does the firmware version matter?
- Homologation applies per firmware version. A device running a different firmware counts as not homologated during the inspection.
- What does “only within a module < 800 W” mean?
- The device is approved solely as part of a plug-in generating unit up to 800 W, not as the inverter of a rooftop system.
- Do I have to notify the grid operator?
- Yes. Every generating unit is registered with the distribution grid operator (e.g. Fluvius, ORES, Sibelga); homologation is a precondition.
