Terms of Use — PlanElec Early Access
Version: v4 Effective: from 29.06.2026
1. Scope and Beta Nature
PlanElec is made available to you as a free beta version / Early Access. By registering, you accept these Terms of Use. No mutual contractual obligations exist — we owe you no support, no availability, and no guaranteed outcome.
2. Provision "As Seen"
The software is provided "as-is". We make no warranty regarding:
- continuous availability (uptime)
- freedom from errors or functionality of individual features
- completeness, accuracy, or currency of content
- protection against data loss, corruption, or inaccessibility of your data
You use the tool at your own risk.
3. Not for Productive Use
PlanElec Early Access may not be used for real client orders, regulatory submissions, acceptances, or documents with legally binding effect. The results have not been reviewed and have not been approved for productive use.
4. Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for loss of profit, consequential damages, or data loss is — to the extent permitted by law — excluded. Mandatory liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
5. Data Processing
The processing of your data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Upon consent to these Terms of Use, we collect the timestamp, version, language, IP address, and user agent for the purpose of record-keeping.
6. No Entitlement to Features or Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the tool at any time without prior notice. There is no entitlement to the retention of specific features or to data export (except for the mandatory right of access under the GDPR).
7. Amendments to These Terms
In the event of material changes, we will notify you within the app and request your renewed consent. Without consent to the new version, you will not be able to continue using the tool.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the provider, to the extent permitted by law.
