1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the PlanElec web application (planelec.be), offered by Stephan Behm, Heggen 34, 4837 Baelen, Belgium.

2. Early Access

PlanElec is currently offered as an Early Access service. Features may change, and the service may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

3. Disclaimer

Schemas and documents generated with PlanElec are intended solely as a tool. They are NOT an official inspection document. Every generated schema MUST be reviewed and validated by a qualified electrician before submission. PlanElec does not guarantee correctness, completeness, or AREI/RGIE compliance. Use at your own responsibility as a professional.

4. User obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter
Generated documents must be validated by a qualified professional
You may not misuse the service or use it for unlawful purposes

5. Intellectual property

PlanElec, including software, design, and content, is the property of the provider. Schemas and project data generated by you remain your property.

6. Liability

The provider is not liable for damages arising from the use of generated schemas or documents. The provider is in no case liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

Belgian law applies. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Eupen.
