Version: v1-2026-04-14

Terms of Service — PlanElec Beta

Version: v1-2026-04-14 Effective: from 14 April 2026

1. Scope and Beta Character

PlanElec is made available to you as a free Beta / Early Access version. By registering, you accept these Terms of Service. There are no mutual contractual obligations — we owe you no support, no availability, and no particular outcome.

2. Provision "as-is"

The software is provided "as-is". We give no warranty as to:

  • continuous availability (uptime)
  • absence of defects or the operability of individual features
  • completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of content
  • protection against loss, corruption, or unavailability of your data

You use the tool at your own risk.

3. Not for Production Use

PlanElec Beta must not be used for real customer engagements, regulatory filings, inspections, or documents with legally binding effect. The results have not been audited and are not approved for production use.

4. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for lost profits, consequential damages, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The mandatory liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

5. Data Processing

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Upon acceptance of these Terms of Service, we record the timestamp, version, language, IP address, and user agent as evidence.

6. No Commitment to Features or Availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue the tool at any time without prior notice. There is no entitlement to the preservation of specific features or to a data export (except for the mandatory right of access under the GDPR).

7. Changes to These Terms

In the event of material changes, we will notify you in the app and ask for renewed consent. Without your consent to the new version, you will not be able to continue using the tool.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the provider, to the extent permitted by law.
